PT Pengembang Pelabuhan Indonesia (PPI) is a recently formed subsidiary of IPC (Pelindo 2) responsible for the development of the New Priok container and product terminals. Our multi-billion dollar project will more than double the size of the existing Tanjung Priok port. Work has begun on this huge project and we are now seeking motivated and qualified staff for the following positions to join our small team located at Tanjung Priok.
Secretary - Jakarta
- Reporting to: CFO (expatriate)
Responsibilities
- Provide full secretarial support to CFO
- Preparing presentations and reports
- Organizing meetings, calls and travel arrangements
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Document management
Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor Degree, secretarial qualification or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in similar role
- High level of proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Highly motivated, mature and able to work independently
Tax Staff - Jakarta
- Reports to: F&A Manager
Responsibilities
- Handling monthly and annual compliance art 21, 23, 26, final
- Preparing monthly reconciliations to GL
- Preparing and monitoring PPN restitution
- Filing tax documents
- Assisting other finance and accounting staff as required
Requirements
- S1 from reputable university majoring in Tax, Accounting, Finance with minimum GPA 3
- 3 years in a similar role preferably in a construction environment
- Fluent in English (both speaking and written)
- Brevet certification an advantage
- Familiar with e-SPT
- Computer literate in MS applications
- Familiar with Oracle ERP
- Mature, analytical, fast learner, detail orientated, self motivated and team player
Finance & Accounting Manager - Jakarta
- Reports to: CFO (expatriate)
Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial statements in accordance with PPI’s process and procedures and GAAP
- Manage cash flows and prepare monthly cash flows projections
- Assist in preparation of budgets and variance analysis
- Review all necessary reports and schedule for statutory / tax reporting
- Review contract claims / supplier invoices an supporting documents
- Monitor Accounts Payable
- Review invoices / tax invoices before they are sent to the customers
- Highlight any lapses and violations to the internal control, polices and procedures
- Ensure that Inter-Company transactions are recorded properly and all related documents are issued / received for tax purposes
- Motivate and coach staff to ensure that all employees are correctly and regularly trained and updated on company’s financial and reporting procedures
- Other duties related to Finance and accounting department as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent experience required
- 5-8 years experience as F&A Manager, preferably in construction company, multinational company or audit background
- Experienced in Oracle financials.
- Strong organization follow-up and analytical skills with the ability to collect, access and report factual data and present logical conclusions
- Ability to work well with PPI and head office staff and external parties such as advisors, banks and auditors
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solver, result oriented and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- High proficiency in Excel
