Media Solutions - Jakarta
- Media Solutions focuses on planning, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaign spending for the world’s top tier advertisers. This team collaborates with media agencies, creative agencies, brand managers, internal sales and cross functional teams to build Facebook’s advertising business through helping clients reach their consumers. This position works with our clients in Indonesia and is based in our Jakarta office.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with top tier brands, media agencies, and creative agencies as a Facebook advertising expert
- Educate clients on Facebook’s advertising processes, tools, products, and best practices
- Strategize, plan, and implement all elements of clients advertising campaigns with a focus on efficiency and scalability
- Consistently monitor advertising campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimize and improve return on investment
- Work with local, regional, and global cross functional teams to share, establish, and improve best practices and procedures
- Develop innovative and entirely new methods for planning, managing, and implementing Facebook advertising campaigns
- Develop research and insights that will help Facebook further develop and evolve our advertising platform and guidelines

Agency Partner - Jakarta
- Facebook is seeking a Agency Partner for Indonesia to work with major media reps and resellers. This person will be accountable for managing the relationships with all key partners and will focus on strategic alliances, education, and ideation directly with the media reps. It is important that you have deep knowledge in marketing communications and demonstrated experience selling cross-network online marketing solutions. You will work collaboratively with sales, operations, product, and marketing teams to ensure we are meeting client and agency needs through strong partnership with media reps. This position is full-time and will be located in our Jakarta office.
Responsibilities
- Identify and build innovative marketing strategies to drive large advertiser and agency engagement through media reps
- Drive relationships and communications between the media reps and Facebook
- Manage and negotiate complex media rep contracts to successful completion
- Work with sales, marketing, product, and operations to develop media rep strategy to maximize growth and build partnerships
- Develop and implement programs to improve media rep experience and education through training, business reviews, and product updates
- Interface with key players in the advertising community and represent Facebook at industry events
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly changing and growing environment where the process is fluid and creative and unique solutions are desired
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in a media rep/agency and/or marketing, strategy, and online advertising
- Work with top agencies in Indonesia
- Partner with Relationship Manager as a team
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial in nature and comfortable in ambiguous situations
- Proven track record with high standards of professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop solid working relationships inside and outside of Facebook
- Deep understanding of media agency business models and experience working with cross functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and operations
- Ability to define and communicate global marketing strategy and agency strategies that align with business goals
- Extensive experience in communicating with C-Level Executives and building relationships with key stakeholders across the agency community
- Deep knowledge of online business models and Internet/consumer technology, social media and vertical markets
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesian
