Requirements
- University Graduated (Bachelor Degree), with GPA >3,00 (Scale Of 4,00)
- Majoring from Engineering (Mechanical Industrial, Electrical, Computer Science, Civil), Non Engineering (Accounting, Psychology, Economic and Development Studies, International Relation, Law)
- Preferably of age is max. 27 years old
- Respond to challenge and have Kaizen mind
- Strong involvement in organization activities
- Strive for excellence and high willingness to learn
- High initiative with good analysis and teamwork
- Fluent in English both oral & written

Requirements
- Academy Graduate (Diploma 3), with GPA >2,75 (scale of 4,00) majoring in: Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electro, Management Information, Civil), Non Engineering (Accounting, Administration, Economic, Management)
- Preferably of age is max. 25 years old
- Respond to challenge and have Kaizen mind
- Strong involvement in organization activities
- Strive for excellence and high willingness to learn
- High initiative with good analysis and teamwork
- Fluent in English both oral & written
