The PT Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ (PHE ONWJ) is located on the Offshore North West Java with current concession area is 8,279 km2, spreading from the north of Cirebon (West Java Cirebon) on to east to the Thousand Islands (DKI Jakarta). The ONWJ facilities consists of 11 flow stations with 37 platforms, more than 150 production platform NUI (Normally Unmanned Installation), approximately 700 active wells, around 375 subsea pipeline with approximately 1600 km in length, 3 ORF (Offshore Receiving Facilities) in Muara Karang, Tanjung Priok and Cilamaya, also 1 FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) as Ardjuna crude oil storage.
Mechanics (Ops-2)
Job Description
- To perform planned and unplanned maintenance works, covering preventive program, critical and non-critical breakdowns on all mechanical equipment, and perform equipment optimization initiatives, in order to ensure optimum reliability and integrity of all mechanical equipment in timely, safe, effective and efficient manner as part of maximizing facility performance.
Job Requirement
- Graduated from Mechanical Diploma degree (D1, D2 or D3) or Mechanical-Technical Senior High School with equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, including 2 years of relevant offshore experience in a maintenance role.
- Working knowledge of isolation standards supported by relevant technical background specific to discipline
- Having an understanding of risk management and control and hazard evaluation
- Having a good working knowledge of HSE Management System
- Having an understanding of Computer Maintenance Management System
- Having an understanding of RCFA Process
- Has positive attitude, good working under pressure and stress and good interpersonal skill
Turbomachinery Maintenance Engineer (OPS-1)
Job Description
- To coordinate turbomachinery field maintenance and repair on all company’s facilities, in order to ensure its correct implementation on all company’s facilities and compliance with government’s regulation in achieving safe, reliable, efficient and sustainable operations.
Job Requirement
- Min bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrument / Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in petrochemical industry maintenance and operations of turbo machinery equipment and at least 2 years of experiences at supervisory role in major oil and gas company
- Possess at least skillful competence in technical operation and maintenance of:
- Detailed knowledge of gas turbine system principles and applications including mechanical and control system gas turbine and compressor equipment
- Detailed understanding of industry standard and legislative requirements for Rotating Turbo machinery equipment / system
- Detailed knowledge and application of RCFA, maintenance management system
- Technical understanding in maintenance & service contract development & management
