Procter & Gamble Operations Indonesia is a member of US based concumer goods Procter and Gamble Company (P&G). At present, P&G has four main categories: health and grooming, beauty care, home care, and paper products. P&G's principal brands include Pantene, Gillete, Rejoice, Pampers, Head & Shoulders, Olay. In Indonesia, P&G has strong reputation for more than 28 years. P&G first entered the Indonesian market in 1985 after the global acquisition of Richardson-Vicks (Vicks). In Indonesia, P&G's plant is located at Karawang West Java and produce diapers products. In December 2013, P&G Indonesia announce will invest US$100 million to build its second plant in Karawang West Java. Its second plant will produce “multiple products”.
