Job Description :
- Lead and develop several call agents
- Organize agents shift schedule effectively to solve customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Evaluate agents performance
- Deal directly with customer either by telephone or email
- Ensure all call center activity are complete and update
- Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Engineering or Communication with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
- Age 25-30 years old
- Has 1 year experience in call center or customer handling
- Has good analytical thinking, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy
- Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, and team work
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, available work overtime, hard working, and has interest in automotive
