Pdm Analyst - Proactive Maintenance Team (Ext-123/OPS/EXP/CPI/HO/2013)
Requirement :
- At least 4 years experience in predictive maintenance activities
- Having basic knowledge on PdM technology (experienced using PdM tools, such as: Vibration, IR Camera, Ultrasound, or Tribology)
- Experienced to operate or maintain major surface equipment (pumps, and other rotating equipment), understood equipment parameter and capable to detect its anomalies
- Familiar and experience to use CMMS ( JDE), good computer literacy and capable to use standard software (MS-Office as minimum)
- Strong in seeking learning activities
- Fluent in verbal and written communication : English and Bahasa
- Have willingness to be relocated to Chevron operations location in Duri, Riau
- Do Predictive Maintenance at all electrical and mechanical component and identify the problem or anomaly such as at: Main Breaker, disconnect switch , control panel, electrict motor, centrifugal pump and other electrical and mechanical equipment by using Pdm Tools (ThermaCam, UltraSound, Gas find IR, Vibration, lube oil analisys tools)
- Able to advance Thermal image analysis such thermal usage reporter 8.3, Dbase99, Data Management system/DMS 5.1 and familiar with Microsoft office, etc
- Able to advance vibration analysis such ODS, modal analysis, bump test, etc
- Troubleshoots Electrical and mechanical issues and recommend solutions
- Manage daily PdM work on Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
- Able to train maintenance personnel on Thermograph and Ultrasound analysis
- Promptly respond to equipment failures or downtime
- Able to train maintenance personnel on vibration and oil analysis
- Able to demonstrate the highest standard of integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings and to builds and maintains trust, respects, and supports others

Summary of Job / Qualification :
- Have significant expertise (minimum 5 years experienced) in Primary Health Care services in multicultural community, Family medicine setting is preferable.
- Master in Occupational Health is preferable, medical specialist (minimum 5 years experienced) in occupational medicine is most preferable.
- Active medical doctor profession (registered and licensed).
- Good ability in handling medical care and treatment.
- Proficient in handling emergency cases and travel medicine.
- Proficient to use medical information system to document patient care and progress note.
- Have broad knowledge in Primary Health Care related issues.
- Desiring to work in a multicultural and diverse organization.
- Able to establish effective relationships with people of other culture and backgrounds.
- Have a good leadership, written and communication, both in Bahasa Indonesia or English (equal to TOEFL 550).
