Requirements
- Possess Bachelor's / Master degree majoring in Engineering, majoring in Civil Engineering preferred
- Experienced as a Director / GM or equivalent positions
- Having managerial experience in the field of operations for 13 years or more
- Having experience in asphalt / concrete / steel production management
- Understand business process, work method, indusrial regulations, and legal issues
- Understand project management, product and material management
- Having the capability in Supply Chain Management (SCM) development
- Having the capability in business (business plan) / market development
- Understand risk management, MK3L management and cost estimation
- Able to build the network and able to collaborate in team
- Having excellent communication skill
Director Investment Subsidiaries (DI)
Requirements
- Possess Bachelor's / Master degree majoring in Engineering or relevant majors
- Experienced as a Director / GM or equivalent positions
- Having managerial experience in the field of real estate investment for 13 years or more
- Understand business process, investment management, contract risk management
- Able to conduct real estate investments analysis
- Having the capability in business (business plan) / market development
- Able to build the network and able to collaborate in team
- Having effective communication skill
Director of Finance and Human Resources Subsidiaries (DFS)
Requirements
- Possess Bachelor's / Master degree majoring in Accounting / Finance or relevant majors
- Experienced as a Director / GM or equivalent positions
- Having managerial experience in the fields of accounting, finance, and human resources for 13 years or more
- Understand business process, financial statement analysis, funding management
- Understand banking management, business management, and investment portofolio management
- Able to control and understand cash flow and taxation
- Understand human resource management
- Understand business strategy and sense of business
- Computer literate
- Able to build the network and able to collaborate in team
- Having effective communication skill
Senior Manager Asset (SMA)
Requirements
- Possess Bachelor's / Master degree majoring in Engineering / Economics or relevant majors
- Having managerial experience in the fields of asset for 5 years or more
- Able to manage assets
- Able to develop and optimize asset
- Having high integrity, and professional costumer focus on the field
- Having leadership skill, problem solving skills and decision making
- Having the capability in business (business plan) / market development
- Computer literate
- Able to build the network and able to collaborate in team
