Functional Analyst - IT Delivery Channels & Core Banking - Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with business unit to understand & clarifying the business needs, including assessing their current systems, processing, flow and design business process / diagram flow.
  • Oversee the preparation of Technical Specification Document (TSD), System Integration Test (SIT) Plan, Training Plan, Rollout Plan and related end-user documents and the sign-off,
  • Assist Project Manager to coordinate with the functional team to ensure all tasks assigned are completed to milestone defined,
Requirements
  • Have Bachelor Degree from reputable University with education background from Computer Science / Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies / Management or equivalent
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience as Business Analyst / System Analyst
  • Having experience in handling Functional Requirement Aspects related to IT projects (preferably IT Applications)
  • Have good business process documentation skills
  • Have ability to translate user requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a good command in English (Active)

Technical Analyst - IT Delivery Channels & Core Banking - Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities
  • Provide the proper technical solutions and technical aspects of designing, testing, operating and improving IT services.
  • Oversee the preparation of Technical Specifiction Documents (TSD), System Integration Test (SIT) Plan, Training Plan, Rollout Plan and related end-user documents and the sign-off.
  • Assist Project Manager to coordinate with the technical team to ensure all tasks assigned are completed to milestone defined,
Requirements
  • Have Bachelor Degree from reputable University with education background from Computer Science / Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies / Management or equivalent
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience as Technical Analyst / System Analyst
  • Having experience in handling Technical Aspects related to IT projects (preferably IT Applications)
  • Applications and configurations with technical skills, good understanding of business processes
  • Provide technical solutions and communicate the user requirement to developer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a good command in English (Active)

Senior Project Manager IT Delivery Channels & Core Banking - Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities
  • Ensure programs and complex projects are successfully delivered on time, on budget through the integration and management of the critical key result areas.
  • Developing the project plan, managing the project stakeholders, managing the project team, managing the project risk, managing the project schedule, managing the project budget, managing the project conflicts.
  • Liaise and coordinate Project Sponsor, Steering Committee, Technical Team Leader, Business Team Leader and the rest of the project team towards the success of the project,
  • Identify, track and resolve project issues and risk. Alert or escalate to Project Sponsor any potential show stoppers or critical issues that require attention,
Requirements
  • Have Bachelor Degree from reputable University with education background from Computer Science / Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies / Management or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of working experience in delivering IT Projects: on schedule, within budget, within scope and meeting the expectations of clients and able to work on the project about 3 projects at once
  • Having experience in leading several IT Projects
  • Knowledgeable of business process in Banking or Financial Institution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a good command in English (Active) and Bahasa Indonesia (Active)
