PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) owned 95% shares in PT BJTI, other 5% remaining shares was owned by Koperasi Pegawai Pelabuhan Indonesia III. The Company are trusted to manage Terminal Berlian Tanjung Perak Surabaya (since 2002) and Container Terminal in Tenau (since 2012). PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia is based in Surabaya East Java and its principal office is situated in Jl Perak Barat No 379 Surabaya. The Company is supported by 2 docks, namely international container dock, and and inter-island container dock.

Requirements
- Female, single (not married) with max age 27 years old per 1 November 2013
- Good looking with min height of 165 cm
- Have a good health (physically and mentally)
- Min education D3
- Have a good command in English (active)
- Fluent in other foreign language than English (preferably)
Operator HMC/RTG (Code : OPR)
Requirements
- Male, with max age 30 years old per 1 November 2013
- Have a good health, not color blind, no glasses/softlens, not tattoed and pierced
- Min SMA, preferably have Heavy Equipment Operator license (SIO)
- Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia
