Maintenance Planner - Gresik

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Planning Routine Maintenance Activity using our CMMS/SAP system, regularly update maintenance schedule on SAP system, Regularly Update Material Specification and Minimum Stock on SAP Database, monitor/update data for maintenance performance, KPI, Reliability and Availability Equipment. Coordinate with Production Maintenance Supervisor (PHE, Poleng, and ORF Area), Technical Maintenance Superintendent and Lead Field Maintenance Engineer and related function for updating daily maintenance activity and reporting to head of maintenance.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering or any related major
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Maintenance Planner and Scheduler
  • Familiar with SAP system, Planning & Scheduling, Reporting and Data Analysis, Maintenance Business Process
  • Good command in English, both written & speaking

        • Menganalisa, merencanakan dan memonitor pengalokasian tongkang dengan tujuan Taboneo, IBT, dan customer domestik, kemudian mengkoordinasikan rencana tersebut agar dapat dilaksanakan sehingga kebutuhan batubara tercapai sesuai dengan target, kualitas (ash), spesifikasi serta meminimalkan demurrage cost.
        • Menganalisa penyebab keterlambatan pemuatan batubara ke tongkang (delay for loading, barges at Kelanis) dan di pelabuhan bongkar customer untuk penjualan batubara berdasarkan CIF sehingga keterlambatan pemuatan batubara dapat diminimalkan di kemudian hari.
        • Memonitor dan berkoordinasi dengan pihka-pihak terkait terhadap kinerja tongkang-tongkang pada saat pembongkaran di pelabuhan bongkar agar target perputaran tongkang dapat tercapai dan waktu tunggu kapal untuk dimuat tercapai sesuai target.

        Job Responsibilities
        • Manage the implementation of mechanical system development in order to support the implementation of any mechanical engineering project

        • Control the quality of mechanical work such as rotating, piping and static to allign with approved design
        • Control pre-commissioning work and commissioning to allign with the approved procedure
        Job Requirements
        • Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring Mechanical Engineer
        • Min. 2 years experience in the same position
        • Required Skill(s) : Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Design, Mechanical Production & Processing, Project Management, Pre-Commissioning and commissioning procedure

        • Conduct monitoring evaluations of all activities on the field of geotechnical order to minimize variation, downtime and delay
        Job Requirements
        • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Civil/ Geotechnical Engineer (Master Degree is preferable)
        • Minimum 20 years experience as consultant & supervisor in Geotechnical area
        • Experience in deep foundation, soil improvement, slobe stabilisation, rock mechanics
        • Required skills : English proficiency, report writing, communication skill
