Compliance Analyst - Jakarta
Roles & Responsibility
- Reviewing all travel expense requisitions related to particular parties to ensure compliance with COPI’s policies.
- Reviewing and monitoring all gift and hospitality approval requests for particular parties to ensure compliance with COPI’s policies.
- Managing and coordinating the annual Anti-Corruption Training.
- Managing and monitoring submission and requests for payments to particular parties including the managing of the business process.
- Managing and updating the related policies.
- Managing and updating the Legal Emergency Response Toolbox.
- Distributing contracts and other documents to the relevant legal counsel for review and monitoring the progress.
- Providing assistance to all legal counsel with data base research for legal issues or laws/regulations.
- Providing administrative support to all legal counsel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Basic education: Bachelors Degree
- Experience: 3-5 years accumulative work experience
- Skills: SAP, Power Point, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
