Seleksi CPNS 2014 Dilaksanakan Juni, Peserta Tidak Lulus Seleksi 2013 Bisa Daftar Lagi__________, Info Selengkapnya :

Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PAN-RB) Azwar Abubakar meminta para peserta seleksi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) tahun anggaran 2013 yang tidak  diterima untuk kembali mempersiapkan diri mengikuti tes serupa yang tahun 2014 ini.
“Seleksi CPNS tahun 2014 direncanakan tes akan dilangsungkan bulan Juni atau Juli, sehingga masih ada waktu sekitar 4 bulan untuk belajar lagi,” kata Azwar Abubakar rangkaian kunjungan kerja ke beberapa kabupaten/kota di Aceh, Jumat (10/1).
Khusus terhadap peserta seleksi CPNS dari jalur  tenaga honorer kategori 2 (gaji dan pendapatannya tidak dibayar melalui APBN/APBD) yang tidak memenuhi passing grade, Menteri PAN-RB meminta Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) untuk bijak dalam memperlakukan mereka.
“Yang pasti, sudah tidak ada lagi yang namanya tenaga honorer. Kalau pemerintah daerah masih membutuhkan tenaganya, sebaiknya diikat dalam bentuk kontrak,” tegas Azwar.
Bimbingan Belajar
Saat berkunjung ke Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang, Menteri PAN-RB Azwar Abubakar mengajak pemda agar membantu para pemuda yang akan mengikuti seleksi CPNS dengan mengkoordinir bimbingan belajar. Hal itu perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan para pemuda dalam mengerjakan soal-soal tes CPNS, sehingga mereka bisa bersaing dengan peserta  dari luar daerah.
“Kalau kita kalah bersaing dengan peserta dari luar daerah, maka kapasitasnya harus ditingkatkan lagi, bukan sistemnya yang diubah,” jelas Azwar.
Ia menegaskan, seleksi CPNS tahun 2013 yang telah dilaksaksanakan secara bersih, obyektif, transparan, adil, bebas dari KKN, merupakan reformasi birokrasi yang harus didukung oleh semua pihak. Dengan cara itu, negara mendapatkan banyak keuntungan.
Pertama, negara akan mendapatkan CPNS dari pemuda-pemudi terbaik bangsa, melalui cara-cara yang fair. Tidak ada titip menitip, tidak ada KKN. Semua elemen masyarakat mendapat kesempatan sama, sehingga yang menjadi PNS bukan lagi anak atau saudara pejabat. “Anak petani, anak tukang bangunan dan lain-lain, mendapat kesempatan yang sama,” ujar Azwar.
Selain itu, negara juga akan meraih kembali kepercayaan publik, khususnya dari kalangan pemuda. Mereka tidak lagi berpikir bahwa asal mempunyai uang bisa nyogok untuk jadi PNS, tetapi kalau mau lulus menjadi CPNS harus belajar.
Dua daerah yang disambangi Azwar Abubakar pada Jumat (10/1) iru adalah Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang dan Kota Langsa. Kunjungan akan dilanjutkan ke  Aceh Utara, Lhokseumawe, Pidhie, serta Bireun.

Bagi Anda yang masih ingin menjadi CPNS harap bersiap-siap, karena Seleksi CPNS 2014 akan diadakan di pertengahan tahun ini. Pemerintah kembali menyiapkan rekrutmen Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) untuk tahun 2014 ini. Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PAN-RB), Azwar Abubakar menegaskan, pelaksanaan seleksi CPNS 2014 bakal digelar bulan Juni mendatang.

Sementara untuk kuota penerimaan diprediksi bakal mengalami peningkatan dari tahun 2013 kemarin karena ada tambahan alokasi formasi 2013 yang belum terisi. Kepala Biro Hukum, Komunikasi, dan Informasi Publik (KIP) Kemen PAN-RB, Herman Suryatman mengatakan, jumlah kuota CPNS 2014 secara pasti sampai sekarang belum ditetapkan. Namun dirinya mengaku bakal ada peningkatan. Dalam rekrutmen CPNS 2013 yang sedianya bisa menyerap 65 ribu PNS namun nyatanya hanya bisa terpenuhi sejumlah 58.796 kursi saja.

Sehingga, masih ada kursi sisa sebanyak 6.200-an kuota. Dengan asumsi kuota CPNS baru tahun depan tetap 65 ribu dan mendapatkan tambahan 6.200 kursi dari luncuran periode 2013, berarti kuota total CPNS 2014 mencapai 71.200 kursi. Herman menegaskan, penetapan jumlah kuota itu disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan formasi CPNS baru di instansi pusat maupun daerah. Selain itu, penetapan kuota CPNS 2014 juga mempertimbangkan kesehatan fiskal negara.

Herman menjelaskan, secara umum sistem seleksi CPNS 2013 sudah berjalan dengan baik. Sehingga tidak ada perubahan drastis mulai dari alur usulan formasi hingga pelaksanaan ujian. Penambahan kuota CPNS 2014 ini bakal dibarengi dengan pengetatan sistem rekrutmen. Hal itu terkait dengan kebijakan pemerintah yang mewajibkan seluruh instansi, baik pusat maupun daerah untuk menggunakan sistim computer assisted test (CAT) dalam pengadaan CPNS tahun ini.

“Tahun ini sistim pengadaan CPNS di seluruh Indonesia menggunakan CAT. Kalau tahun lalu, masih diberikan pilihan karena intrastruktur Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) belum lengkap, tahun 2014 tidak ada pilihan lain kecuali CAT,” kata Deputi SDM Aparatur Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (KemenPAN-RB) Setiawan Wangsaatmaja.

Pilihan KemenPAN-RB ke CAT, lanjutnya, karena anggarannya lebih sedikit. Tidak seperti sistim lembar jawab komputer (LJK) yang menelan anggaran puluhan miliaran rupiah. “CAT tidak membutuhkan anggaran besar.       • Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.

      Persyaratan Khusus

      • Memenuhi persyaratan jenjang pendidikan jurusan atau program studi yang sesuai dengan formasi yang tersedia;
      • Dapat mengoperasikan komputer;
      • Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif minimal 2,75 untuk Sarjana S1 dan D3, dan nilai ijazah rata-rata 7,5 untuk SLTA;
      • Berusia setinggi-tingginya 32 tahun untuk Sarjana S1, 30 tahun untuk D3, dan 25 tahun untuk SLTA per 30 September 2013;
      • Untuk formasi khusus putra / putri papua, dipersyaratkan minimal salah satu orang tua kandung pelamar, asli Papua.
