General Requirements

• For experience Manager Position : Bachelor or Master in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification
• For Process Engineer  : The Candidate have knowledge in process design basis, heat & material balance, PFD, P&ID, utility requirements, cause and effect diagram
• For Piping Engineer : The Candidates are familiar and expert in using the softwares supporting the work, among others : Microsoft Office, Caesar and PDMS
• For Mechanical Engineer familiar with ASME
• All positions have experience for 5 years in EPC Project or EPC Company
• Good Communication in English both oral and written (Minimum Score for TOEIC = 600), flair for detail and result oriented
• Highly motivated and able to work well in team, possess strong leadership and management skills, discipline, dynamic, proactive and cooperative with good personality
• Good in coordination with other discipline

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

Requirements

• Bachelor in Management or Accounting from reputable university
• Male prefered
• Good communication in English both oral and written (minimum TOIEC Score = 600)
• High level integrity, having good communication, detail and patient
• Min 2 years experience
• Understanding the risk management frame work ISO 31000
• Able to make financial estimates
• Able to analyze the data and carry out a risk assessment
• Understand strategic planning tools (min. SWOT)
