Secretary
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective correspondence, letters / documents distribution and filing in accordance with procedures.
- Ensure the communication and reception in accordance with the systems and procedures.
- Ensure the availability of the draft letter, meeting summaries, presentation materials in accordance with the standard.
- Ensure that information is stored in the archives and databases is compiled, stored, updated and well maintained in accordance with the classification.
- Ensure compliance with the activities schedule, accommodation and protocol of her superior are available with either.
- Ensure the security of confidential information related to her superior.
Requirements
- Female.
- Citizen of Indonesian.
- Maximum age 27 years old.
- Minimum Diploma 3 graduate majoring in Secretarial, Office Administration.
- Minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale.
- Experience as a Secretary at least 1 year.
- Have good communication skills.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Internet).
- willing to be placed in Soekarno-Hatta Airport Offices Area.
