Secretary

Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective correspondence, letters / documents distribution and filing in accordance with procedures.
  • Ensure the communication and reception in accordance with the systems and procedures.
  • Ensure the availability of the draft letter, meeting summaries, presentation materials in accordance with the standard.
  • Ensure that information is stored in the archives and databases is compiled, stored, updated and well maintained in accordance with the classification.
  • Ensure compliance with the activities schedule, accommodation and protocol of her superior are available with either.
  • Ensure the security of confidential information related to her superior.
Requirements
  • Female.
  • Citizen of Indonesian.
  • Maximum age 27 years old.
  • Minimum Diploma 3 graduate majoring in Secretarial, Office Administration.
  • Minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale.
  • Experience as a Secretary at least 1 year.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Internet).
  • willing to be placed in Soekarno-Hatta Airport Offices Area.
