Responsibilities


  • Responsible to operational of customer satisfaction study conduct well in each dealer
  • Responsible to analyze customer satisfaction study result, determine the weak area and communicate with dealer
  • Support dealer in implement improvement activity to increase  the satisfaction results
  • Guide and monitor dealer to implement Nissan Sales and Service Way standards

Requirements


  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Engineering or Statistic with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • Age 22 - 30 years old.
  • Have min 1 year experience in automotive
  • Have good analytical thinking, logic of verbal, good perspective, and customer satisfaction minded
  • Have a good communication skill, good interpersonal relationship, and a good team player.
  • Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written)
  • Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, willing to travel, hard working, and available work overtime
  • Has big interest in automotive
