PGN LNG Indonesian (PGN LNG) is a subsidiary of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk, established on June 26, 2012 with the aim to develop the liquefied natural gas business, includes natural gas liquefaction, LNG shipping and storage, and natural gas regasification to support PGN main business in gas transportation and distribution to its customers.

Document Control and Project Admin

Job Descriptions
  • Compose MDDM - Master Document Distribution Matrix
  • Compose MDR - Master Document Register
  • Able to implement the MDR and MDDM into DCC System
  • Upload all documents into DCC software
  • Monitor the the document status, document progress and tracking ongoing documents
  • Compose the document Regular Reports
  • Able to manage the Coment comments from reviewers and approval
  • Determine the appropriate document numbering procedure
  • Knowi the documents distribution pattern in the discipline
  • Monitor, supervise the documents progress from the CTR or from the outside entities
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma 3 graduate in any major
  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Experienced in oil and gas companies
  • Familiar with QDMS
  • Familiar with DCC software
  • Know the DCC concept
  • Familiar with PDF, XML, Excel, CAD files
  • Experienced in managing Documents, Project, Engineering, Operations

Compensation and Benefit Officer

Job Descriptions
  • Formulate and implement remuneration policies
  • Manage and control the implementation the remuneration systems and procedures, including payments for third parties
  • Ensure the implementation of the remuneration is in accordance with the rules and the applicable regulations
  • Manage and control the payment of allowances and benefits for employees
  • Develop and implement employee income tax calculation
  • Develop and implement payment / deposit to third party such as Jamsostek, Pensions and Health Insurance
  • Manage industrial relations activities such as preparation of company rules, preparation and implementation disciplinary action
  • Prepare and analyze labor cost budget
  • Administer the data relating to employees remuneration
  • Manage job evaluation activities
  • Manage the salary survey
Qualifications
  • Minimal possess Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in Economics
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the field of remuneration
  • Experienced in the oil and gas companies
  • Maximum age 28 years old
  • Conscientious and hardworker
