PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia - GMF AeroAsia is an aircraft maintenance services subsidiary of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, a national airline of Indonesia. GMF AeroAsia performing business in the field of Maintenance and Repair Organization (MRO). Intitally, the Company is the Directorate of Engineering of Garuda Indonesia, which was founded in 1949. In 1984, the directorate transformed into the Maintenance and Engineering Division of Garuda Indonesia. PT GMF AeroAsia was launched in 2002. GMF AeroAsia successfully maintained profitability in 2012, according to PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Annual Report 2012. GMF AeroAsia booked total nett profit worth of USD 11,021,269, representing a growth of 51.1% from previous year.
