- You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of the business organization, strategy and future direction in order to assess and communicate human resources and people and organization develompment needs to leadership, HR and People and Development teams
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA 3.00
- Prefer majoring Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Management
- Maximum age 27 years old
- Fresh graduates or max 2 years experience in HRD
- High willingness to learn, comfortable working in fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
- Excellent analytical and communication skill
