Requirements
  • S1 majoring in Industrial Engineering / Business Management
  • Minimum GPA 3.00
  • Able to analyze and develop the system of remuneration, career, rewards, organization and training
  • Indonesian Citizen (WNI) with a good health (physically and mentally)
  • Have a high creativity, and personal integrity
  • Independent and have a passion to work hard and never give up
  • Proficiency in oral and written English;
  • Have a good writteng, communication and computer (Windows, MS Office) skills
  • Not having a husband / wife who works as an employee or prospective employee of PT Len Industri (Persero);
  • Willing to sign an affidavit stating:

Programme structure
