Requirements
- S1 majoring in Industrial Engineering / Business Management
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Able to analyze and develop the system of remuneration, career, rewards, organization and training
- Indonesian Citizen (WNI) with a good health (physically and mentally)
- Have a high creativity, and personal integrity
- Independent and have a passion to work hard and never give up
- Proficiency in oral and written English;
- Have a good writteng, communication and computer (Windows, MS Office) skills
- Not having a husband / wife who works as an employee or prospective employee of PT Len Industri (Persero);
- Willing to sign an affidavit stating:
- Willing to not resign for 2 years in accordance with the provisions of the company
- Willing to be placed throughout the project location of PT Len Industri (Persero)
