Market Analyst - Jakarta

Responsibilities
Scope of Works
  • Research, create and develop timely & quality marketing research in macro analysis, market and industry trends, analysis another competitor. Instill informed decision making and uses of actual facts in determining actions, in Holcim Indonesia, especially in Commercial directorate.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable university 
  • Minimum 2 years experience’s in the similar post or other relevant posts with high involvement in data analysis where the incumbent shaped up his/her analytical skill & translating data into decision making.
  • Experienced in B2B market research is an advantage
  • Sound marketing knowledge and consumer analysis
  • IT Literate 
  • Fluency spoken  and written English 
  • Excellent analytical thinking skill
  • Passionate & own self initiative with can do attitude
  • Team work - Able to work with and in a multicultural team
  • Excellent communication  skill - clearly conveying information and  ideas
  • Have creativity and alternative thinking to propose new ideas for and answers to work-related problems

Senior Sourcing Specialist - Narogong

Responsibilities
As Senior Sourcing Specialist, the incumbent will be responsible to fully support in develop and execute sourcing strategy for the company in systematic state-of-the-art procurement way. The task will be covering, but not limited to :
  • Lead cross functional teams to determinate and evaluate sustainable improvement opportunities toward lowest total cost of Ownership
  • Negotiate and implement Agreements with preferred suppliers
  • Ensure compliance to contracted agreements with other functions in the Corporate at the company, regional and global level.
  • Review and improve both supplier’s and company’s performance against KPI’s to achieve sustainable lower Total Cost of Ownership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university, degree in Economic or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical) is preferable.
  • Min 5 years experiences in similar position at any multinational or manufacturing company
  • Microsoft Office, SAP
  • Good command in English oral and written
  • Excellence procurement and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership, problem solving and analytical skill
  • Contract drafting and management skill
  • Understanding of various process measuring analyzers
  • Flexible approach to managing a wide variety of commodity types (goods and service)
