- Perform functional and administrative management of all accounting control activities
- Responsible for accurate monthly financial statements
- Forecast and control cash flow management
- Having good leadership skills and strategic thinking
- Bachelor / Master of Accounting / Business / Management, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
- Max. age 35 years old. 2-4 yrs experience in property retail industry or related position
Project Manager (Building / Infrastructure)
- Ensure quality, time and quantity as assigned in project
- Managing all resources; manpower, materials and contractors to ensure scheduled completion
- Bachelor / Master of Architect / Civil Engineering. min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
- Maximal age 35 years old. 2-3 years experience in property retail industry or related position
Manager Tender & QS
- Coordinate & Evaluate technical / commercial submission of Sub-contractors and vendors
- Prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantity and undertake cost analysis
- Manage risk and control cost
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil / Construction / Structural or equivalent.
Building / Construction Supervisor
- Ensuring contractor’s work quality of houses / building contraction.
- Calculating development cost and preparing tender.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Master Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Civil / Construction / Structural or equivalent.

- Responsible in composing financial statements as registering and grouping data.

Collection Officer
- Responsible in contacting consumers regarding to collection activities.

- Having 1-2 years experience in related position would be advantage.
Land Acquisition Officer
- Collecting data on land to be acquired or exchanged.
- Contacting the owner of the land, the location and check the letter validity and negotiating the price.
- Having good communication and negotiation skills.
- Diploma / Bachelor in law / any major, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) out of 4.00. Max. age 35 years old.
- Having 1-2 years experience in property would be advantage.
Architect
- Perform concept and final design for residential, office and commercial buildings.
- Proficient using AutoCad, Sketchup and Photoshop.
- Bachelor / Master of Architect, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) & 3.00 (master) out of 4.00. Max. age 35 years old.
- Having 2-3 years experience in property would be advantage.
Finance Administration Staff
- Responsible in Finance Administration such as vendor payments and database.
- Responsible in conducting reports.
- Having good attention to details & thorough. Good skills on Ms. Office.
- Diploma / Bachelor in finance / business management, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) out of 4.00. Max. age 35 years old.
- Fresh Graduates / 1 year experience in finance administration.
Secretary
- Max. 35 years old ; GPA Min 2.75(D3 / S1)
- D3 / S1 English or D3 Secretary
- Min.1 year working experiences in related field
- Willing to be located in all over our business unit
Tax Staff
- Responsible to prepare, coordinate, maintain and perform all financial transactions and records related to Tax
- Ensure company policies are met with local Tax Regulations, monitor Tax Payment and Submission, Reconciliation & Equalization and others Tax Related task
- Maintain physical filing of Tax Documents safe guard for its completeness.
- Having Brevet certificate A-B, able in accounting is preferably.
- Bachelor of Accounting, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) out of 4.00.
- Max. age 35 years old. Fresh Graduates or 1 year experience in tax.
- Placement in Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan
Collection Supervisor
- Supervising collection activities
- Listing consumer's data and follow up effectively with customer regarding to target collection
- Coordinating with banks regarding to data reconciliation
- Manage good relationship with customers and banks
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Database & Mapping Officer
- Perform setup & update land records
- Conducting digitization of land status that can be accessed via the aerial images
- Perform database synchronization between ground and aerial images

- Maintain good communication with existing and new tenants.
