Job Description Responsibilities and Duties
  • Coordinate the execution planning with the EPC to meet the project target.
  • Identify the problem and provide resolution of Banyu Urip Project during execution.
  • Assist in providing weekly and monthly progress report from EPC project.
  • Monitoring and track the progress, deviations, and other concerns, and provide the outcome.
  • Coordinate with Project Staffing Coordinator regarding organization and manpower planning, and provide resource loading schedule.
  • Coordinate with Interface Coordinator regarding the problem and impact to the progress of project.
  • Prepare detailed Level 3 schedule on an as-needed basis to assist execution of parts of the EPC scope. These schedules can form the integrated control schedule to be used by the EPC Prime Contractors and its sub-contractors.
Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, and Experiences
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience in project activities related to oil and gas production and development.
  • Understand the linkages of work activities and able to crate a Level 3 or 4 execution schedule.
  • Familiar with project execution planning.
  • Proficient in presentation software skills (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
