HR Business Partner Head - Jakarta
Scope of Works
- To provide business solution in relation with employees and organization, in accordance with agreed service level, by delivering tailored and customized services. The assignment will be covering but not limited to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of HR process, optimizing employee relation program, and maintain harmonious of industrial relation within the company
- As Human Resources Development Directorate point of contact in head office and Other Holcim Operation in west Java
- Implementations of CLA and Industrial Relation related Policies and Procedures
Requirements
- Education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferably majoring in Management, Accounting, or Law
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experiences in managerial level of service or operational functions
- Computer literacy:
- Microsoft Office
- Lotus Notes
- Language:
- Excellent in English written and verbal
- Other qualification / skills:
- Business Acumen & Strategic Thinking, having strong operational and business knowledge of Holcim HB & HIL operation Business, in the coverage function
- Labor Law Knowledge SkillsHave an ability to maintain strong relationship with employees at all levels
- Ability to facilitate communication between relevant parties

Scope of Works
- To search and maintain the availability of land required for RMX & Aggregates operation
- To manage relationships between company and the government official, community organization, non-government organization, and other party that related to the application of licenses and permits required for RMX & Aggregates operation
Requirements
- Education:
- Minimum Bachelor degree, Degree in Law / Economics
- Experience:
- Minimum one year in current position
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Law firm or estate manager of a real estate company
- Having project management experience is preferably
- Computer literacy:
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), SAP
- Language:
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Other qualification / skills:
- Good knowledge about law and regulation related with RMX & Aggregates operation
- Good negotiation and persuasion skill
- Ability to supervise and communicate with others and deal with people from all levels of the business
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently and in a team, having strong leadership
