• Ijazah yang diakui / dihargai adalah ijazah yang diperoleh dari Sekolah atau Perguruan Tinggi Negeri dan / atau Ijazah yang diperoleh dari Sekolah atau Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang telah diakreditasi dan / atau telah mendapat ijin penyelenggaraan dari Menteri yang menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan di bidang pendidikan atau pejabat lain yang berdasarkan peraturan perundangundangan berwenang menyelenggarakan pendidikan.
• Ijazah yang diperoleh dari perguruan tinggi swasta setelah berlakunya Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 184 / U / 2001, yang belum tercantum ijin penyelenggaraan dari Menteri yang menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan di bidang pendidikan atau pejabat lain yang berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan berwenang menyelenggarakan pendidikan, harus melampirkan surat keterangan / pernyataan dari pimpinan perguruan tinggi.
