    • Kualifikasi pendidikan / Surat Tanda Tamat Belajar / Ijazah yang dimiliki harus sesuai dengan tugas / pekerjaan, dengan ketentuan:
      • Ijazah yang diakui / dihargai adalah ijazah yang diperoleh dari Sekolah atau Perguruan Tinggi Negeri dan / atau Ijazah yang diperoleh dari Sekolah atau Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang telah diakreditasi dan / atau telah mendapat ijin penyelenggaraan dari Menteri yang menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan di bidang pendidikan atau pejabat lain yang berdasarkan peraturan perundangundangan berwenang menyelenggarakan pendidikan.
      • Ijazah yang diperoleh dari perguruan tinggi swasta setelah berlakunya Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 184 / U / 2001, yang belum tercantum ijin penyelenggaraan dari Menteri yang menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan di bidang pendidikan atau pejabat lain yang berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan berwenang menyelenggarakan pendidikan, harus melampirkan surat keterangan / pernyataan dari pimpinan perguruan tinggi. Surat keterangan / pernyataan tersebut menyatakan bahwa fakultas / jurusan yang bersangkutan telah mendapat ijin penyelenggaraan dari Menteri yang menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan di bidang pendidikan atau pejabat lain yang berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan berwenang menyelenggarakan pendidikan, dengan menyebutkan nomor dan tanggal Keputusannya.
      • Ijazah yang diperoleh dari sekolah / perguruan tinggi luar negeri harus mendapat penetapan penyetaraan dari Panitia Penilaian Ijazah Luar Negeri Kementerian yang menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan di bidang pendidikan.
