  • Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/PNS, Calon/Anggota TNI/POLRI, atau pegawai BUMN/BUMD.
  • Tidak berkedudukan sebagai anggota dan/atau pengurus partai politik.
  • Untuk formasi khusus putra/putri Papua dipersyaratkan minimal salah satu orang tua kandung pelamar asli Papua.

Pelaksanaan Tes

Tahapan Tes

Tahapan tes yang akan dilalui oleh peserta adalah:
  • Seleksi Administrasi
  • Tes Kompetensi Dasar menggunakan Computer Assisted Test (CAT)
  • Tes Kompetensi Bidang yang terdiri atas:
    • Tes Psikologi
    • Wawancara
  • Pada tiap tahapan tes diterapkan sistem gugur. Apabila peserta tidak mampu memenuhi standar minimum yang telah ditetapkan, maka peserta yang bersangkutan tidak diperkenankan mengikuti tahapan tes selanjutnya. Ketentuan ini berlaku mengikat kepada seluruh peserta tes CPNS BSN Tahun Anggaran 2013.

Lokasi Tes

  • Tes Kompetensi Dasar menggunakan CAT diselenggarakan di kantor Badan Kepegawaian Negara, Jakarta.
  • Tes Kompetensi Bidang
    • Tes Psikologi diselenggarakan di Lembaga Psikologi Terapan Universitas Indonesia (UI), Jakarta.
    • Wawancara diselenggarakan di kantor Badan Standardisasi Nasional, Jakarta.

Pendaftar melakukan registrasi online pada tanggal 6 s.d.26 September 2013 di registrasi nasional BKN dengan alamat seperti yang tercantum dibawah pengumuman ini dan selanjutnya ketik Badan Standardisasi Nasional pada kolom instansi yang akan dilamar. Seleksi masuk Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil BSN tidak dipungut biaya apapun.
