Responsibilities


Scope of works:
  • Manage and ensure all inter island and export activities (cement in bag, jumbo bag, bulk cement, and clinker) are running well to avoid complaint from community and customers
  • Manage inter island / export documentation / the work letter of instruction ( EMKL, Shipping Instruction to Agent, Stevedore, Performa Invoice, Surveyor) to get dispatch and avoid demurrage / dead freight by manage transportation of truck, cargo readiness (comply with customers requirement), loading at plant, unloading at port, reconciliation and equipment maintenance (steel box, big bucket).
  • Manage all operation receiving container by pack House from the shipping line through Transporter, then container used by Transporter, and finally transfer from Transporter to Shipping line, from there to inter island customers.
  • Arrange daily planning ship out, Reach Stacker Management, Container Management Empty – Full container readiness prior delivery to inter island customers

Education :
