Inilah tips agar lolos seleksi CPNS. Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PAN-RB) Azwar Abubakar memberi tips kepada pemuda di daerah agar bisa lolos seleksi CPNS tahun 2014. Dia memimta pemuda di daerah agar ikut bimbingan belajar khusus seleksi CPNS.

Azwar pun meminta pemerintah daerah segera mengkoordinir bimbingan belajar khusus CPNS. Hal itu, kata Azwar, perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan para pemuda dalam mengerjakan soal-soal tes CPNS. Sehingga mereka bisa bersaing dengan peserta dari luar daerah.

“Kalau kita kalah bersaing dengan peserta dari luar daerah, maka kapasitasnya harus ditingkatkan lagi, bukan sistemnya yang diubah,” jelas Azwar seperti dikutip laman Setkab.go.id.

Ia menegaskan, seleksi CPNS tahun 2013 yang telah dilaksaksanakan secara bersih, obyektif, transparan, adil, bebas dari KKN, merupakan reformasi birokrasi yang harus didukung oleh semua pihak. Dengan cara itu, negara mendapatkan banyak keuntungan.

Pertama, negara akan mendapatkan CPNS dari pemuda-pemudi terbaik bangsa, melalui cara-cara yang fair. Tidak ada titip menitip, tidak ada KKN. Semua elemen masyarakat mendapat kesempatan sama, sehingga yang menjadi PNS bukan lagi anak atau saudara pejabat. “Anak petani, anak tukang bangunan dan lain-lain, mendapat kesempatan yang sama,” ujar Azwar.

Selain itu, negara juga akan meraih kembali kepercayaan publik, khususnya dari kalangan pemuda. Mereka tidak lagi berpikir bahwa asal mempunyai uang bisa nyogok untuk jadi PNS, tetapi kalau mau lulus menjadi CPNS harus belajar.

Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PAN-RB) Azwar Abubakar meminta para peserta seleksi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) tahun anggaran 2013 yang tidak  diterima untuk kembali mempersiapkan diri mengikuti tes serupa yang tahun 2014 ini.
“Seleksi CPNS tahun 2014 direncanakan tes akan dilangsungkan bulan Juni atau Juli, sehingga masih ada waktu sekitar 4 bulan untuk belajar lagi,” kata Azwar Abubakar rangkaian kunjungan kerja ke beberapa kabupaten/kota di Aceh, Jumat (10/1).
Khusus terhadap peserta seleksi CPNS dari jalur  tenaga honorer kategori 2 (gaji dan pendapatannya tidak dibayar melalui APBN/APBD) yang tidak memenuhi passing grade, Menteri PAN-RB meminta Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) untuk bijak dalam memperlakukan mereka.
“Yang pasti, sudah tidak ada lagi yang namanya tenaga honorer. Kalau pemerintah daerah masih membutuhkan tenaganya, sebaiknya diikat dalam bentuk kontrak,” tegas Azwar.
Bimbingan Belajar
Saat berkunjung ke Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang, Menteri PAN-RB Azwar Abubakar mengajak pemda agar membantu para pemuda yang akan mengikuti seleksi CPNS dengan mengkoordinir bimbingan belajar. Hal itu perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan para pemuda dalam mengerjakan soal-soal tes CPNS, sehingga mereka bisa bersaing dengan peserta  dari luar daerah.
