Jakarta -Profesi asisten masinis di PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) mendapatkan gaji penuh (take home pay) senilai Rp 5-6 juta. Anda berminat?

Direktur Utama KAI Ignasius Jonan mengatakan, tahun lalu KAI telah merekrut 400 orang lulusan SLTA atau STM untuk menjadi calon asisten masinis. Untuk tahun ini, Jonan tidak menjelaskan berapa banyak calon asisten masinis yang akan direkrut KAI.

Lalu bagaimana syaratnya?

"Minimal Lulusan SLTA IPA atau STM Listrik/Mesin dengan NEM rata-rata di atas 7, usia di bawah 28 tahun, belum menikah, lulus psikotes dan tes kesehatan," kata Jonan kepada detikFinance, Senin (6/1/2014).

Jonan mengatakan, para calon asisten masinis itu akan dididik terlebih dahulu untuk mengenal teori soal profesinya sekitar 6 bulan, lalu ada kelas praktik selama 6 hingga 12 bulan yang tergantung kompetensi dan kemampuan adaptasi.

"Lalu test brevet asisten masinis. Jika lulus, maka mulai sebagai asisten masinis, rata-rata take home pay di awal karir sebagai asisten masinis sekitar Rp 5-6 juta per bulan," jelas Jonan.

Jonan mengatakan, gaji ini akan terus naik, apalagi bila profesinya meningkat sebagai masinis. Sebagai contoh, almarhum Darman Prasetyo yang menjadi korban tragedi KRL versus truk tangki BBM Pertamina pada Desember 2013 lalu, take home pay dia sudah mencapai Rp 8 juta per bulan.
