    Berkas Lamaran

    • Lamaran ditulis tangan sendiri dengan tinta hitam dan ditandatangani oleh pelamar ditujukan kepada Menteri Agama Republik Indonesia (contoh terlampir) disertai dengan:
    • Print out kartu / tanda bukti pendaftaran CPNS online Tahun 2013;
    • Fotokopi ijazah dan transkrip nilai yang telah dilegalisasi sesuai dengan kualifikasi pendidikan yang dibutuhkan;
    • Pasfoto berwarna terbaru ukuran 4 x 6 cm sebanyak dua lembar;
    • Fotokopi KTP yang masih berlaku.
    • Pelamar wajib melampirkan amplop balasan yang telah ditempel perangko kilat dengan menuliskan nama, alamat lengkap, dan kode pos.
    • Fotokopi sah surat keputusan / bukti pengangkatan pertama sampai dengan terakhir, bagi yang usianya lebih dari 35 s.d. 40 tahun dan mempunyai masa kerja pada instansi pemerintah / lembaga swasta yang berbadan hukum sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 11 Tahun 2002.

Pendafiaran melalui website Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) dengan alamat seperti yang tercantum dibawah ini mulai tanggal 14 s.d. 28 September 2013.
