Requirements

Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PAN-RB) Azwar Abubakar meminta para peserta seleksi CPNS tahun anggaran 2013 yang tidak diterima untuk kembali mempersiapkan diri mengikuti tes serupa yang tahun 2014 ini.
"Seleksi CPNS tahun 2014 direncanakan tes akan dilangsungkan bulan Juni atau Juli, sehingga masih ada waktu sekitar 4 bulan untuk belajar lagi," kata Azwar seperti dikutip dari situs resmi Sekretariat Kabinet, Senin (13 / 1 / 2014).

Khusus terhadap peserta seleksi CPNS dari jalu tenaga honorer kategori 2 (gaji dan pendapatannya tidak dibayar melalui APBN / APBD) yang tidak memenuhi passing grade, Azwar meminta untuk bijak dalam memperlakukan mereka.
"Yang pasti, sudah tidak ada lagi yang namanya tenaga honorer. Kalau pemerintah daerah masih membutuhkan tenaganya, sebaiknya diikat dalam bentuk kontrak," tegas Azwar.
Ia menegaskan, seleksi CPNS tahun 2013 yang telah dilaksaksanakan secara bersih, obyektif, transparan, adil, bebas dari KKN, merupakan reformasi birokrasi yang harus didukung oleh semua pihak. Dengan cara itu, negara mendapatkan banyak keuntungan.
Pertama, negara akan mendapatkan CPNS dari pemuda-pemudi terbaik bangsa, melalui cara-cara yang fair. Tidak ada titip menitip, tidak ada KKN. Semua elemen masyarakat mendapat kesempatan sama, sehingga yang menjadi PNS bukan lagi anak atau saudara pejabat. 
"Anak petani, anak tukang bangunan dan lain-lain, mendapat kesempatan yang sama," ujar Azwar.
Selain itu, negara juga akan meraih kembali kepercayaan publik, khususnya dari kalangan pemuda. Azwar menyebut, mereka tidak lagi berpikir bahwa asal mempunyai uang bisa nyogok untuk jadi PNS, tetapi kalau mau lulus menjadi CPNS harus belajar. (dru / hen / detikfinance)

Banyak Peserta CPNS Tak Lulus, 6.204 Formasi Belum Terisi

Pemerintah mencari banyak Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) untuk menempati 65.000 formasi di seluruh Kementerian / Lembaga (K / L) dan seluruh daerah pada penerimaan tahun 2013 lalu. 
Sayangnya hanya 58.796 formasi yang berhasil diisi oleh CPNS. Sebanyak 6.204 formasi belum terisi.
"Tidak terisinya formasi tersebut umumnya akibat peserta tidak lulus passing grade, ada juga yang tidak ada pelamarnya," Kata Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKN) Eko Sutrisno dalam keterangannya, Rabu (8 / 1 / 2014).
Eko mendesak pemerintah provinsi dan pemerintahan kabupatan / kota segera mengumumkan hasil tes CPNS di instansinya masing-masing. Sehingga bisa segera dilakukan pemberkasan oleh BKN.
"Pemberkasan untuk CPNS Tahun Anggaran 2013 akan dilakukan hingga akhir Februari 2013, kalau terjadi keterlambatan pemberkasan, maka yang dirugikan adalah masyarakat," kata Eko.
Menurut Eko, Panselnas CPNS terus melakukan komunikasi kepada pemda (pemprov dan pemkab / pemkot), agar segera mengumumkan hasil seleksi CPNS ini, sehingga benar-benar memberi manfaat sebesar-besarnya bagi masyarakat dan negara. 
Mengenai hasil tes bagi tenaga honorer kategori II, Eko berharap, agar pengumuman hasil tes bagi tenaga honorer kategori II itu bisa dilaksanakan sesuai jadwal, yakni minggu keempat Januari 2014 ini.

Menurut Eko, seleksi CPNS untuk tenaga honorer K2 diikuti oleh 649.284 orang. Dengan rincian, tersebar di 37 kementerian / lembaga sebanyak 86.644 orang, dan dan 510 pemda dengan peserta sebanyak 562.640 orang. Dari jumlah itu, 77 persen diantarnya berpendidikan maksimal SLTA.
Adapun formasi yang diincar para pelamar tenaga honorer KII adalah tenaga teknis / administratif yakni 54 persen, sedangkan sebagai tenaga pendidik 42 persen, dan tenaga penyuluh atau kesehatan sebanyak 4 persen. 
"Para peserta seleksi tenaga honorer KII itu umumnya pada bulan Januari 2005 berumur di bawah 35 tahun," jelas Eko. (dru / hen / detikfinance)
