  • Must be able to lead at least one technical Discipline from – Water Quality, Hydrogeology, Air Quality, Noise, Geology and Soils, or Surface Hydrology and Water Resources
  • Needs to be able to demonstrate competence in written English. (having worked with another international would be an advantage but not essential)
  • Degree in Engineering or one of the above sciences
